of Japan, one of
Japan's largest construction companies. In 1972, as one of the Toda Group, Toda America, Inc.
which is headquarters located in New York was established. In 1982, a second subsidiary was established in Southern California under the name of Toda Construction of California,
Inc. (now also called Toda America,
Inc.) Toda Development, Inc. merged with Toda America, Inc. at end
of September 2008.
